Where are you located?
Park Avenue Naturals is located in Virginia. All of our candles are created and packaged in our studio by our founder.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made using a luxurious vegan wax blend made of natural apricot and coconut crème. Our coconut and apricot waxes are gluten free, toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free, and come from renewable sources. Our candles are made with a high grade essential oils and/or fragrance oil. Our wooden wicks are eco-friendly. Our vessels are reusable and recyclable (please see vessel recycling program).
Why wooden wicks?
Unlike cotton wicks that should be trimmed to 1/4”, wood wicks need to be trimmed to 1/8” or less prior to burning. The shorter the wick, the better (and safer) the flame! Wooden wicks are non-toxic, eco-friendly, clean burning (no messy carbon build up) and they have a stronger fragrance throw. Lastly, the clean burn prolongs the life of the candle.
What is the estimated burn time of a Park Avenue Naturals candle?
Our 14 oz candles burn approximately 80 hours while our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 55-60 hours with proper care. Additionally, please do NOT burn your candles longer than 4 hours at a time. Anything beyond 4 hours is considered unsafe and can cause the glass to become too hot.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. For international orders, please email parkavenuenaturals@gmail.com.
When will my order ship?
Our candles are made in small batches. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 days from date of purchase for us to ship your items. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your item has been shipped.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate $9.99 with tracking.
Do we offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our studio.
What is your return policy?
Our candles are final sale – no returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at parkavenuenaturals@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt, include your order number and photos.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an item, please email parkavenuenaturals@gmail.com within 12 hours of order. Be sure to include your order number with your request. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. As a result, there is a limited period of time after placing your order when we are able to accept a cancellation request.
In the event we are unable to cancel your order because it has been processed or has already shipped, we will contact you via email to provide you with the shipping information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
